Insurance approvals

Copay programs

If you have private insurance, our medications are eligible for co-pay assistance programs to help reduce your out-of-pocket costs. There are no income limits to qualify for these programs. 
You are not eligible if prescriptions are paid by any state or other federally funded programs, including, but not limited to, Medicare Part B, Medicare Part D, Medicaid, Medigap, VA, or TRICARE, or where prohibited by law. Please note that additional eligibility rules and other restrictions may apply.

Patient assistance programs

Depending on the medication you are prescribed, you may be eligible for Patient Assistance Programs. Patient Assistance Programs help patients with financial needs receive their medication at no cost.
